The Museum on the Seam is a unique museum that displays contemporary art that deals with different aspects of the socio-political reality in Israel. Through the works of artists from Israel and abroad, the museum invites the visitor to examine the degree of influence of the social environment on the individual and vice versa. Located “on the seam” between religious and secular neighborhoods, between East and West Jerusalem, between the old and new city, and between Jews and Arabs, the museum calls for tolerance, dialogue, mutual respect, and for accepting the other. Visits for adults and youth over the age of 14.
