Darga Valley

    - ,  Extensive network of valleys east of the city, rich with ancient olive and almond groves, including natural vegetation and trees. Slopes covered with sparse shrubs such as prickly burnet and other desert scrubland species. Groves also contain mature trees including the Israeli and Atlantic pistacia. Large concentrations of squill (hikintoiim) on the slopes near Jabel Mukaber and East Talpiot.
