The Menachem Begin Heritage Center

The Menachem Begin Heritage Center is the state-sponsored memorial project for one of the greatest leaders of the Jewish People in the 20th Century, whose name is engraved in the memory of his nation as a great Commander, Leader and as Israel’s Sixth Prime Minister. Located on the Hinnom Ridge in Jerusalem, facing the Old City walls, the center maintains museum about the legacy of Menachem Begin, his life’s work, and his place in history, which features modern, interactive exhibitions, a library, archives and research center. The Center conducts annual memorial services, lectures and symposiums as well as educational programs on social justice, democracy and parliamentarianism. Wheelchair accessible. .
