Sanhedrin Caves Park

- ,  Man made forest in the midst of a residential neighborhood, combination of pine, cypress, and other mature trees. The site features an impressive collection of ancient burial caves from the Roman period, bedrock plant cover and natural shrubs. The planted grove is rich with natural trees and beautiful cliff vegetation. Typical park and woodland birds are common to the site including the jay, pigeon, bulbul, sparrow and hoopoe, as well as a variety of warbler species during winter migration. Bats may be spotted in the caves. Pedestrian, car, public transportation and wheelchair access, parking facilities available
