Quarry Mount Heret

Large quarry. Collects winter puddle at the bottom of a quarry which is a source of attraction for many species and is characterized by a dense thicket of reed and tamarisk. Edge vegetation and pine planted walls. Number of segments is a Mediterranean daughter. Bush at the bottom of the quarry is a hiding place for birds and foxes loving grandfather, mongooses and jackals. Quarry walls nesting birds such as rice and probably owl. Wishing winter breeding activity of amphibians. Winter Blessing attractive mini range ducks. The site is accessible pedestrians and vehicles - there is parking.
