Rommema Valley

Wide, open valley, with planted pine tree forest. Remnants of typical Mediterranean vegetation can still be seen. The central part of the valley is most untouched, and still covered with grassy weeds. Has potential for development and restoration of its natural infrastructure. Birds common to urban areas, such as jaybirds, pigeon, bulbul, sparrow and hoopoe, have been observed at the site. Seasonal and migratory birds have also been observed, such as warblers and chiffchaff. Pedestrian access

Situated between the upper part of the Rommema neighborhood and Menachem Begin Rd., close to Harav Zalman Sorotzkin.
