Beit Sahur (West)

An open area of valleys with ancient trees and orchard remnants. The site is neglected and in poor condition and there is therefore minimal vegetation there. The vegetation that remains includes a grove of mature trees. Wildlife characteristic to the urban human environment are at the site, primarily songbirds and lizards (agamma stellio and Lacerta laevis). Pedestrian, public transit and parking access.   Urban Nature Site No. 149.
